The Housing Boom and Bust - Thomas Sowell always seems to provide a very analytical approach. Though, being in real estate, I do wish that he would have "dug a little deeper" into each chapter. I appreciated his look into politics and their role in the mortgage mess. Quick read at about 190 pages, I would recommend it!

Noteworthy Reads
The Housing Boom and Bust - Thomas Sowell always seems to provide a very analytical approach. Though, being in real estate, I do wish that he would have "dug a little deeper" into each chapter. I appreciated his look into politics and their role in the mortgage mess. Quick read at about 190 pages, I would recommend it!
